1. REMINDER — Love & Let Go

In the summer of 2019,
Life whispered: let go, let go.

I was afraid.
I thought letting go meant no longer loving.

In 2023, I finally understood —
Letting go was needed…
to make room for God’s plan
and save me from my reckless decisions.

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart
and lean not on your own understanding;
in all your ways submit to Him,
and He will make your paths straight.”
— Proverbs 3:5–6

Letting go is hard.
It almost always comes at a cost — But God is always greater.

I build things.
I burn out.
I cling like a bull —
tight-fisted, flared-nose.

The harder I held,
the faster it crumbled. 🐂

It’s easy to believe peace lives
on the far side of achievement:
→ the next raise
→ the next rest day
→ the next round of applause

But peace doesn’t follow success.
It follows surrender.

Not giving up —
but letting go.

Letting go of control.
Letting go of performance.
Letting go of the LIE that your worth = your output

God doesn’t wait for us at the finish line.
He walks with us in the ruins.

“All things work together for good…”
— Romans 8:28

Even the silence.
Even the failure.
Even this becoming.

Let Go & Let God

2. RHYTHM – Presence Over Pressure

When you stop tying your worth to metrics.
When you keep building — without needing proof.
When you love people — without needing to be right.

Peace isn’t waiting at the top.
It’s here, now —
when you slow down long enough to feel it.

It’s in the presence, not the position.
In the stillness, not the success.
In the quiet, relentless grace
of becoming.

“Some seasons I build towers.
Some seasons I walk through ruins.
But I never stop building.
Because this isn’t about what I have —
it’s about who I become when I keep moving.”

Barely sleeping during my puppy days with Dr. K during great pressure!

3. RITUAL — Weekly Sabbath Check-In

Here’s a challenge:
Once a week — before the week begins — ask yourself:

What am I holding too tightly?

Where can I let go and trust instead?

Then ask one more:

What feels effortless — and how might that be alignment?

Write it down. Even one sentence.
Then walk away from your phone.
Breathe. Move slowly.

You don’t need to earn your peace.
You just need to notice it.

Because peace isn’t passive.
It’s a discipline of trust.

And Sabbath isn’t just rest.
It’s revelation.
It’s where you remember what matters —
and realign with what’s already flowing.
